Westside Wellness Code
:
HELP
15 minutes of activity = 1 point (examples are walking, jogging aerobics, swimming, biking, recreational tennis, basketball, golf, bowling, weight training, etc.)
Participation in online programs = 25 points
5 points each month for:
self-exams
blood pressure checks
consistent seat belt usage
body measurements
Personal Relaxation Day = 5 points
Weekly weigh-ins = 5 points
Wellness Staff Development Offerings = 10 points
Well Advised Book Question/Answers = 5 points
Special Events are all 10 points:
