Activity Tracking Program (ATP) Contact your Wellness Rep if you have questions about your points!

Westside Wellness Code: HELP
  • 15 minutes of activity = 1 point (examples are walking, jogging aerobics, swimming, biking, recreational tennis, basketball, golf, bowling, weight training, etc.)
  • Participation in online programs = 25 points
  • 5 points each month for:
    • self-exams
    • blood pressure checks
    • consistent seat belt usage
    • body measurements
  • Personal Relaxation Day = 5 points
  • Weekly weigh-ins = 5 points
  • Wellness Staff Development Offerings = 10 points
  • Well Advised Book Question/Answers = 5 points
  • Special Events are all 10 points:
    • Corporate Cup Run/Walk
    • Race for the Cure
    • Walk as One
    • Midnight Bike Ride
    • Pepsi/UNO Women’s Walk
    • American Heart Walk
    • Diabetes Walk
    • Humane Society Walk
    • Other Health-Related Community Events
